AN APPEAL has been lodged against South Dublin County Council’s decision to refuse planning permission for a 123-unit apartment development on First Avenue in Cookstown.
Developer Bartra’s proposal included the demolition of all existing one- to three-storey industrial / commercial structures and small café on site totalling c.5,500sqm in area.
