Developer seeks thumbs-up for 941 units on Gowan site
PERMISSION is being sought for the development of 941 residential units – primarily for student accommodation – at the site of Gowan House on the Naas Road.
Developer Maclose Limited’s proposal was submitted to Dublin City Council on November 27 as a large-scale residential development.
