Developer submits application for demolition of Kestrel pub

PLANS for an apartment development at the site of the Kestrel pub in Walkinstown are once again on the table after a developer recently lodged an application for planning permission.

Double E Investment’s latest plans for the site, submitted last month, include the demolition of the pub and the construction of 52 apartments.
