

DFB units from Tallaght and Dolphin’s Barn attend serious accident on M50
Emergency services have dealt with a serious road traffic accident this morning on the southbound M50 slip road at junction seven (Red Cow).
The road was temporarily blocked as Dublin Fire Brigade units from Tallaght and Dolphin’s Barn dealt with the incident.

According to DFB none of those involved were injured.
In an update, a Dublin Fire Brigade spokesperson said: “Tallaght and Dolphin’s Barn stns (D Watch) are at a RTC M50 SB Red Cow slip to N7 SB, temporarily blocked, no injuries.”

The AA have since said the road is no longer blocked.
With heavy rain overnight roads surfaces are slippery this morning, and motorists are urged to take care.
