DRUG runners under the age of 12 are a feature of the drug landscape in Tallaght, according to senior gardai.
While not a new development in the criminal industry, Superintendent Bronagh O’Reilly, Tallaght Garda Station, acknowledged the “use of children as drug runners” is an issue at the JPC Policing meeting, noting kids under the age of 12 can’t be prosecuted.
