Drugs worth €278,650 seized by gardai
DRUGS worth €278,650 was seized by gardai following the search of a residence in Dublin 12 on Tuesday.
The drugs seized included an estimated €180,000 in cannabis herb, €91,000 in pink cocaine and MDMA tablets believed to be worth €7,650.
A stolen motorbike along with drug paraphernalia was also seized at the location
A garda statement released said: “Gardaí have seized €278,650 worth of combined drugs following a search at a residence in Dublin 12 on Tuesday, 8th October 2024.
“Gardai from the Crumlin/Terenure ‘G’ District Drugs Unit seized an estimated €180,000 in cannabis herb, €91,000 in pink cocaine and MDMA tablets believed to be worth €7,650.
“A stolen motorbike along with drug paraphernalia was also seized at the location”.
The drugs will now be forwarded to Forensic Science Ireland where they will undergo further analysis.
Gardai said no arrests have been made at this time and investigations are ongoing.
