DUBLIN: Man and woman seriously injured in shooting incident

A Garda investigation is underway after two people sustained serious injuries during a shooting incident in Dublin this afternoon.

The incident occurred on Balbutcher Drive in Ballymun at approximately 4pm, according to the latest reports.

A number of emergency vehicles were seen rushing to the scene, and Gardai have now cordoned off the area.
