€16m innovation centre set to welcome its first tenants
THE new €16m innovation centre Work IQ in Tallaght is set to welcome its first tenants in May, in what will essentially be a business development hub.
Construction work is still taking place at the building and on the land beside the centre, but key management personnel are already in place to welcome the first tenants, and when fully operational, the centre will accommodate 60 businesses.
