AN ENCAMPMENT in the former Esso site in Tallaght village and anti-social behaviour in the area “cannot be allowed to become the norm”, according to a community group.
Tents have appeared in the site in the last month and Tallaght Community Council (TCC) have voiced their concern about the development.
