Eric’s Workhuman now supports 8 million users in over 180 countries
EMPLOYEE recognition technology company Workhuman now supports 8 million users across more than 180 countries.
The company, which has significant operations in Ireland and employs hundreds of people here, said its platform has now facilitated more than 100 million moments of employee recognition globally.
Eric Mosley, founder and CEO of Workhuman, said the milestone reflects both the growing adoption of recognition technology and the company’s broader push into artificial intelligence–driven insights.
“Our goal has always been to make work more human, and it’s inspiring to see that mission reach more than 8 million people,” said Mosley.
Born and raised in Tallaght, Eric launched Workhuman over 25 years ago.
The company is co-headquartered in Massachusetts, USA, and in Park West, Dublin 12.
“This milestone reflects both the power of recognition to strengthen culture and our evolution to become not only a recognition platform, but an AI-driven recognition solution that helps leaders make smarter people decisions and build stronger cultures where everyone can thrive,” added Mosley.
Workhuman is also currently hiring for 17 positions in Ireland.
Their software allows employees to recognise colleagues for their contributions, sending “thank you” messages and awards that can be redeemed for rewards such as merchandise, travel experiences or charitable donations.
According to the company, a “thank you” message is now sent through its platform every two seconds, amounting to around 43,000 per day.
