Forty empty properties in Tallaght

THERE are currently 40 properties that are unoccupied in the Tallaght area, according to South Dublin County Council.

In a response to a question asked by Councillor Mick Duff asked: “Would the Chief Executive inform this Area Committee of the amount of unoccupied council houses in the Tallaght area and to indicate the numbers that are unoccupied longer than three months, six months and twelve months.”

These properties include stock that is ready for allocation/ has works in progress or at quotation for works stage.
