
Four arrested after Clondalkin money laundering raid by Gardai
Four people have been arrested after £100,000 was seized by Gardai yesterday in Clondalkin.
On Friday, as part of ongoing investigations targeting serious criminal activity in the Dublin Region, a planned search was carried out at an address in the Clondalkin area.
During this search operation cash in sterling in excess of £100,000 was located and seized.
Four persons, two males and two females, aged between 34 and 46 were arrested for Money Laundering offences.
They are currently detained at Clondalkin and Ballyfermot Garda Station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended.
