Four teens arrested after man found with injuries in Clondalkin

FOUR teenage males have been arrested as part of an investigation into an incident in Clondalkin, where a man was found with a number of injuries.

The man (30s) was found at Cherrywood Villas in Clondalkin with a number of injuries on Tuesday, September 12.

According to a Garda statement released today, the man (30s) continues to receive medical treatment at Tallaght University Hospital.

The statement added: “Gardai arrested four juvenile males (aged in their teens) on Wednesday 27 and Thursday 28 September 2023 in relation to this investigation.

“They were detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda station in Dublin.

“They have since been released without charge and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.

“A file will also be referred for consideration for admission to the Garda Youth Diversion Bureau.”

Investigations are ongoing, gardai said.
