Free heart saving training

The Heartsaver AED Course by Health and Safety Services Ltd (HSS) on Airton Road teaches you the basic techniques of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), how to use an automated External Defibrillator (AED) and relief of choking for adults, children, and infants.
The Defibrillator is an important link in the chain of survival and this course teaches you how to use them effectively.
DATES: 21st , 22nd & 23rd March
Suitable: Everyone from age 12 upwards
Duration: 3 hours, 7.15pm to 10.15pm
Preconditions: None
Cost: Free of charge
