GAA clubs raise €25k at lip sync fundraiser

ST MARY’S and Commercials GAA Clubs raised €25,000 from their Lip Sync fundraiser in Citywest Hotel recently. 

Just over 800 people paid in to see what was a brilliant nights entertainment, from the winner Lulu (Joanne Reilly) to Joe Dolan, Frozen, Sister Act, ABBA, The Killers, Spice Girls. It was a hugely successful night with €25K made to go towards the day to day running of each club.

With the same children, and in some cases mentors, involved with both clubs another joint venture is on the cards for late next year, the clubs say they will keep members posted.
