Gardai said the permit was seized and the driver now faces another day in court.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday further vehicles were seized by Gardai from the Dublin Metropolitan Region.
Gardai said the disabled permits were being used fraudulently, and they had seized them and towed the vehicles.
Operation Enable has been set up to remind motorists to respect the wheelchair accessible parking bays in Dublin City Centre and to prompt disabled parking permit holders to respect the conditions attached to the parking permit.
