The Echo understands the search team have combed through the Corkagh Park/Fonthill Road area, and are concentrating on land closer to the Mill Shopping Centre today.
A Civil Defence cadaver dog was brought in this morning to assist investigators in the search.
Earlier this week, Clondalkin gardai renewed their appeal for the public’s help in tracing Caique, who was living in Clondalkin at the time of his disappearance.
His mother Valclecia was concerned about her son, and travelled over from Brazil to see him, but arrived in Dublin the day after he went missing.
His wallet was found with money in it by a schoolkid, and there have been no transactions from his bank account.
Caique was reported to be wearing a black t-shirt, a black jacket and black Adidas runners – is approximately 5’10’’ tall with brown eyes and black hair which is shaven at the sides.
He was not in possession of his glasses when last seen.
