Go-ahead for Cairn Homes’ 565 units at Seven Mills
CAIRN Homes has been granted full planning permission for 565 houses, apartments and duplexes at Seven Mills – a major component of the Clonburris Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) located between Lucan and Clondalkin.
The announcement brings the total number of residential units that have been granted planning permission to almost 2,000, out of the 5,500 planned new homes that Cairn plan to build at Seven Mills.
