Greenhills Road site on market for €3.5m

A WELL-LOCATED development site on the Greenhills Road in Tallaght has just gone on the market. Bohan Hyland and Associates are quoting €3.5 million for the 2.2 acre land bank.
The site has full planning permission for an office development extending to 11,612 sq m (125,000 sq ft).
Eddie Bohan, of the selling agents, said that while the planning permission has been extended to facilitate the office developments, he believed the site would be of particular appeal to nursing home operators and residential developers.
The site is bound to attract a lot of interest as it is near to a €10 million primary healthcare centre which is due to open next year.
The healthcare centre was acquired by British healthcare fund MedicX for €15.5m, with intentions for the centre to be let to a number of GPs, as well as providing space for the HSE and a pharmacy.
The site is also close to a development that will include new Harvey Norman and Costa Coffee stores.
