Business parks call for judicial review
GREENOGUE and Aerodrome Business Parks has asked the courts to judicially review a ministerial decision to overturn councillors support for rezoning land for job and economic growth in South Dublin County.
In June 2022, elected members of South Dublin County Council voted to zone additional Enterprise and Employment (EE) land adjacent to Greenogue and Aerodrome Business Park, to allow for its continued expansion.
