THE former Top Shop newsagents premises in Cushlawn, Tallaght, and a three-bed apartment above the shop, have gone on the market once again – this time with a guide price of €275,000.

In May 2022, the property went up for sale with a guide price of €400k, and in March of this year it was brought to the market again. However, in that instance offers in the region of €350,000 were sought.

The 1,787 sq ft. premises comprises a ground-floor retail unit with storage facilities, a toilet and a kitchenette.

The first floor of the property houses a three-bed apartment with a kitchen, living room and toilet facilities. However it is described as being “in need of renovation”.

The apartment unit can be accessed via a separate doorway and stairwell from the retail unit, thus allowing both the ground floor and first floor to be separated into two independent units, subject to planning permission.

In terms of outdoor space, there is an enclosed yard space of approximately 90 sq m to the rear of the Top Shop, while there is a garden area with off-street parking to the side of the property.
