A DISCUSSION about cycling and active travel zones descended into chaos after a councillor said cars are “not fit for purpose” and another responded that they “get really bloody angry” with the discourse around bikes and cars.
At the recent Tallaght Area Committee Meeting, a presentation was given by the council outlining the proposed Old Bawn to Knocklyon (O2B) Active Travel Scheme which saw Cllrs Liam Sinclair and Louise Dunne lock horns.
