Hoops handed tough Europa League draw
SHAMROCK Rovers have been drawn to face Swedish outfit AIK in the first phase of the Europa League qualifiers next month.
It is a tough fixture for Stephen Bradley’s men with the Solna side having finished runners-up in the Allsvenskan last season.

And they are back in the title race again this term, trailing leaders Hammarby by just two points, albeit having played a game more.
Rovers will be hoping they can better their Europa League run of last season when they lost out 5-2 on aggregate to Czech side Mladá Boleslav in the second qualifiying round.
The first leg of this round against AIK will take place on Thursday, 12 July with the second leg being held a week later.
Meanwhile, Stephen Kenny’s Dundalk side will take on Estonian’s Levadia Tallin while Derry City face off against Belarussian outfit Dinamo Minsk.
