
House sells for €100k over its reserve price

A FOUR-bedroom house on a busy road into Lucan village sold for nearly €100,000 over its reserve price.
The house, which is let to Pieta House C.P.S.O.S. Ltd, and who is not affected by the sale, had a reserve price of €300,000 and went for €397,000 in the recent BidX1 auction.

The commercial investment has a rent reserved at €12,000 for a term of eight years. There was 31 bids for the property during the auction.
The property extends to approximately 186 sq m (2,000 sq ft) and is arranged to provide a detached two-storey, four-bedroom house
Transport facilities are provided by the N4 and M4 immediately to the south west of the town, together with several bus routes running to and from Dublin city centre.
