Housing estates have suffered due to ongoing scrambler issues
TWO pieces of legislation to tackle the illegal use of scrambler and quad bikes are currently in the early stages of the process of becoming law and are before the Houses of the Oireachtas.
This was confirmed by South Dublin County Council at a recent meeting of the Tallaght Area Committee, after the topic was raised by Fine Gael councillor Baby Pereppadan.
