IT Tallaght Stags and Hens set for theatre show

By Mary Dennehy

HAVE a mad night out with the IT Tallaght Drama Society, which is bringing comedy Stags and Hens to the local stage next week.

Written by Willie Russell, the play, which first opened in Manchester in 1978, is a thought-provoking comedy, which follows a group of girls and lads out on a ‘night to remember’.

The plot revolves around Dave and Linda who are tying the night and both, on the eve of their wedding, are brought out by their friends for one last night of freedom!

Once again the IT Tallaght Drama Society have invested hours of their own time into staging their annual production, which this year will be shown in Tallaght Theatre on the Greenhills Road.

Stags and Hens will run on April 13, 14 and 15 in Tallaght Theatre at 8pm and adult tickets cost €12 while students are €8.
