Jobstown boxing club founder fights for funding from council
Jobstown Boxing Club keeps “130 kids off the street every day,” said founder Amanda Spencer, renewing her call to South Dublin County Council for funding.
Since their establishment in 2015, “45 national champions, five European medallists and one world champion,” came out of it according to Amanda, while the club keeps being a key facility for young men in the area.
