Kestrel pub plan for 52 apartments turned down again
PLANS for 52 apartments at the site of the Kestrel Pub in Walkinstown have been refused permission by Dublin City Council.
In 2021, Double E Investments, were refused planning permission by DCC, for a development of 52 apartments at the site and no car-parking spaces.
