Kestrel pub plans for apartments deemed invalid by city council
A PLANNING application for the construction of 52 apartments at the site of the Kestrel pub in Walkinstown has been declared invalid by Dublin City Council.
The council reached its decision on August 4, and deemed it invalid as the numbers on the drawings were not to scale, and the publication that the newspaper notice was in was named incorrectly.
