King’s Hospital turned down on major development plans

A PROPOSAL for the development of an all-weather rugby pitch, two rugby training areas, a hockey pitch and clubhouse at the King’s Hospital School in Palmerstown has been refused permission.

In reaching its decision to refuse permission, South Dublin County Council said the development would be “contrary to the proper planning and sustainable development of the area”.
