Loaded handgun seized during search operation in Crumlin

GARDAI seized a firearm following a search operation in the Crumlin Road area on Thursday, May 4.

According to a Garda statement issued, a loaded handgun was during the operation located at the scene.

A Garda spokesperson said: “The firearm will now be sent for analysis at the Garda Ballistics Unit.

“No arrests have been made.

“Investigations are ongoing.”
