Local nurse hits back at Simon Harris with brutally honest tweets

The ongoing trolley crisis across the country’s hospitals means doctors and nurses are under a continued high level of pressure.

One nurse, who is now based in a city-centre hospital, hit back on Friday in response to a tweet from Minister for Health Simon Harris.

Known online as Polly Molotov, the nurse explained in a series of tweets that describe and demonstrate the difficulties faced by nurses on a daily basis.
