London private equity company buys Devitt’s pub in Camden St

LONDON-based private equity firm Attestor Capital purchased Devitt’s pub on Camden Street in a purchase and leaseback deal, reports Maurice Garvey.

According to the Sunday Times, this has facilitated succession and restructuring at the Mangan Group, with the investor paying about €15m, for the property, and brothers Eoghan and Paul Mangan staying on to run the venue.
