A LUCAN man accused of harassing three of his neighbours plans to fight his case, Blanchardstown District Court has heard.
Judge David McHugh had previously accepted jurisdiction in Thomas Kelly’s case.
Kelly, aged 65, with an address at Weir View, Lucan, is charged with two counts of harassing a man at Weir View, Lucan, on dates between July 1 and July 15, 2016.
He is also charged with harassing another man at another address at Weir View on a date between February 1, 2016 and February 12, 2016.
Kelly is also charged with harassing another man at another address at Weir View on a date between February 1 and February 12, 2016.
The court had heard it will be alleged that Kelly installed a camera in his back garden which was pointed at three neighbours houses.
Kelly’s solicitor, Yvonne Buckley, told Judge McHugh that her client was pleading not guilty.
Judge McHugh remanded Kelly on continuing bail to a date next February in Blanchardstown Court for hearing.
