Major plans for Speaker Conolly pub
A PLANNING application for the demolition of the Speaker Conolly pub in Firhouse and the construction of an 85-unit apartment block has been submitted to South Dublin County Council.
The proposal by Seabren Developments Limited, which is led by Michael Moran of Moran’s Red Cow Hotel, includes the demolition of the Speaker and the construction of a five- to six-storey block.
