Man arrested in relation to double murder in Dublin

A man in his 30s has been arrested by Gardai investigating the double murder of Antoinette Corbally and Clinton Shannon at Balbuthcher Drive, Ballymun on the 16th of August 2017.

The man was arrested on the Monday and is currently detained under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act, 2007 at Ballymun Garda Station.

He can be detained for up to seven days.

Investigating Gardai are continuing to appeal for information.
