Man charged with cultivating cannabis at Lucan home

A LUCAN man accused of cultivating cannabis at his home has been sent forward for trial to the Circuit Court.
Derek White was before Judge David McHugh in Blanchardstown District Court for service of his book of evidence.
White, aged 39, with an address at Colthurst Gardens, Huntington Glen, Lucan, is charged with cultivating cannabis, simple possession of cannabis and possession of cannabis at the above address on July 11, 2016.
A Solicitor for the DPP told Judge McHugh that the book was ready to be served.
She said the DPP had consented for White to be sent forward for trial to the next sitting of Dublin Circuit Court.
Judge McHugh sent White forward on bail to the next sitting of the Circuit Court.
