A MAN charged with making a threat to kill a woman in the Guinness Storehouse last year has been sent forward for trial to the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court.
Martin Doran was before Judge Brian O’Shea in Blanchardstown District Court for service of his book of evidence.
Doran, aged 52, with an address at Georges Place, Dublin 1, is charged with making a threat to kill a named female to a named male at the Guinness Storehouse, Dublin 8, on November 30, 2017.
Solicitor for the DPP, Jonathan Antonotti, told Judge O’Shea that the book of evidence was ready to be served.
He said the DPP had consented to Doran to be sent forward on bail to the present sitting of Dublin Circuit Court.
Judge O’Shea issued Doran with the alibi caution and sent him forward on bail to the present sitting of the Circuit Court.
