
Marlfield residents triumphant in challenge over parking rules
Residents of an estate in Kiltipper were triumphant in their challenge against new parking rules at the EGM in the Maldron Hotel on Tuesday morning.
Residents of the Marlfield estate located off Kiltipper Road passed four motions at an Extraordinary General Meeting, including one that prevents the management company, Kiltipper Property Management CLG, from implementing the new rules without residential approval.
