McGregor expands property portfolio
CONOR McGregor’s property portfolio is set to grow with the recent purchase of a premises in Marlfield Mall in Kiltipper, Tallaght.
It’s understood that the premises was originally intended to be developed into six apartments, but it might now be used as a restaurant instead.
This will add to the MMA fighter’s already impressive list of properties under his ownership, which include the Black Forge and Marble Arch pubs in Drimnagh.
He has also dabbled in the residential property market, having developed eight social houses in Santry which were sold to approved housing body Tuath for €3.5m in 2020.
