More than 120 car-parking spaces ‘lost’ in development

OVER 120 car-parking spaces have been removed from a previously permitted mixed-use development in Walkinstown.

Cork firm O’Flynn Group were granted permission in 2021 for the Southwest Gate scheme, containing over 1,100 units and a 148-bed hotel across 13 blocks, and provision for build-to-rent units, at a site located between Long Mile Road and Naas Road.
