Motorist ‘angered and upset’ after call to DSPCA

A MOTORIST who stumbled upon the carcass of a dog in a large wheelie bin in the Dublin mountains earlier this month described feeling “angered, upset and infuriated” when they saw the remains.

The dog’s body appeared to have been placed in a large, industrial-sized wheelie bin that had a large square cut out of it, which led to the passing motorist making the discovery.
