‘No Car Day’ in village is concern for businesses

PROPOSALS for a ‘No Car Day’ in Lucan Village, which South Dublin County Council are likely to introduce in September for international car free day (Sep 22), is a concern for businesses still reeling from the fallout to a contentious Part 8 last year.

A major works plan for the village last year included the reduction of car parking spaces in the village.
