No-no for Boomers Pub plans for 22 rooms in Dutch Village
PLANNING permission has been refused for an aparthotel that included 22 rooms at Boomers Pub in the Dutch Village in Clondalkin.
Applicant Honeybridge Ltd had sought permission for the change of use of part first floor from function room to aparthotel and construction of two new floors over first floor complete (at second- and third-floor levels) to provide aparthotel and ancillary accommodation.
