Old school house on the market for €600k

THE OLD School House in Lucan, and surrounding lands which contain two derelict cottages, is now on the market with a guide price of €600,000.
The property was previously placed on the market, but the sale could not go through as the title deeds were missing.
The deeds have now been found and the property has been put back on the market by Redmond Auctioneers.
Purchasing the property, which is located on Main Street in Lucan Village, has been described as a “one in a million” opportunity by the selling agent.
The School House is a listed building, that possesses development potential and is “suitable for many uses”, according to the selling agent.
