‘One Good School’ award from Jigsaw for community college and its mental health awareness in project

A MENTAL health pilot programme at Lucan Community College was recognised for its efforts to improve awareness of the issue.

The school was delighted to be presented with the ‘One Good School’ award from Jigsaw.

Over the last two years, the school engaged in a pilot project, to promote mental health awareness and provide supports for the school community.

The school ran a number of webinars and face-to-face workshops for each group in the school.

Lucan CC thanked Jigsaw for their support throughout the programme, also to parent representatives, committee members, and look forward to continuing the development of the programme.
