Peak triumph for Walk and Talk stalwarts
Members of Walk and Talk South Dublin overcame every fear and challenge as they hiked to the top of Snowdon – Wales’ highest peak at 3,560ft (1,085m) – on Saturday, September 14.
The Walkers exceeded expectations as they faced a 75mph breeze while climbing – they took six-and-a-half hours to complete the hike instead of the eight hours planned.
