Permission granted for houses on Crag Avenue

PLANNING permission has been granted for the development of four terraced two-storey, three-bedroom houses on Crag Avenue in Clondalkin.

Applicant LT Construction Ltd, which lists Noeleen O'Toole and Michael O'Connor as directors, has included provisions for parking and related infrastructural works, including the development of eight parking spaces with each house being allocated two parking spaces.

There are also provisions for alterations to and the widening of the existing vehicular access gateway.

It is proposed that the existing vehicular access point at the front of the site onto Crag Avenue, within the curtilage of protected structures, namely the cottages at 6 and 7 Ballymanaggin Lane, will be widened.
