Permission granted to demolish structures at former McEvoy’s pub for apartments
PLANNING permission has been granted for the demolition of existing derelict structures at the former McEvoy’s pub site in Newcastle to make way for the development of an apartment block.
Developer Rathgearan Ltd’s proposal for the site includes the construction of a two-storey apartment block, housing 15 units.
