Permission is sought for 30 residential units in Rathcoole

PERMISSION is being sought for the development of 30 residential units on a site at Kilteel Road in Crockshane, Rathcoole.

Applicant Victoria Homes lodged an application with South Dublin County Council this month, outlining plans for the development of a mix of detached units and semi-detached and terraced houses.

Plans have been lodged for the development at the site at Kilteel Road 

It is proposed that the development will consist of six two-bed units, 13 three-bed units and 11 four-bed units.

There are plans for access to the development to be provided through a new access point via Kilteel Road.

Provision for landscape open space, boundary treatment, a play area, site drainage works, site services and all ancillary site development works is included in the application.

A decision on the application is due from South Dublin County Council by August 30.
